Going through school is tough - aside from the stresses that come from competing formal exams, there are a ton of other things to consider as a young adult. I’ve seen it all it this stage, I can promise you! Although I am very busy as a CEO, it is important to me that I make time to reconnect with students and help them through their struggles.

Together we can explore what’s troubling you, and build tailored, robust mental modals, designed to help you through stressful periods. It is normal for these years to be challenging - do not worry, there are a lot of you in the same boat!
