TUTOR - GCSE Maths, Chemistry & Physics | A-level Physics & Maths

Hi! I am a keen science student currently studying my first year of Physics at UCL. With over 2 years of tutoring experience, I've realised that understanding my tutee's personality and learning style is what boosts productivity in the long run. Creating a comfortable but also respectable bond with my students helps put the mind at ease and strive for the highest results at the same time. It is with this goal I lead my sessions in order to make the most out of every hour.

Achieving 95% in A-level Maths has given me a strong foundation in breaking down complex problems to their simplest ideas, rather than just memorising techniques. I believe this way of thinking is crucial to excel in maths and is what I aim to pass on to my students. As Einstein said, 'If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.’

Mathematics and science are subjects that revolve around critical thinking and using your brain competently - skills that not only strengthen exam performance but also help us understand and tackle real world challenges. In my lessons, I focus on building these skills alongside exam practice, so students can realise and achieve their true potential!
